GROWTH: Eucalyptus can grow 12” per year and grow up to 200 ft tall if not trimmed, Rosemary can get up to 6ft tall and 4ft wide, Mint can get up to 18” tall and 24” wide, Lemon Balm can grow 1-2’ tall and 2-3’wide.
CARE: In spring and summer time you can keep the herbs outdoors and harvest weekly. In the winter if you want to go on with harvesting you should take the herbs inside to a rather cool, bright spot.
FUN FACT: Herbs have been used for thousands of years to add flavor to meals, as medicine and as a preservative.
